What is self help regarding my mailbox?
The HOA will implement Self-Help on owners that do not follow through with getting their mailboxes replaced. You will receive a notice from the HOA stating they are implementing self help. Once the mailbox is replaced the HOA will add the cost for the replacement to your Homeowner account.
